T'ai Chi Chuan.
The graceful movements of this martial art, done as a form of moving meditation, has many benefits for both mental and physical health and balance. Some of which I can certainly attest to personally. And some have also been showing up in respected medical journals recently. Since it requires no previous skills or abilities to practice, this art is rightfully becoming popular among Americans of all ages as it has been for many years in China.
I am a certified instructor of the sixty movements T'ai Chi form of Master William C.C. Chen, whom I have had the good fortune to study under for the last ten years.
I am currently not offering classes. My current plans are to start again in January '09 after I relocate to Devonport, Auckland.
